Youth Olympic Games - CII World's & Open Qualifier a huge success Continental Qualifiers have now been completed in Thailand (Asia), Italy (Europe), Australia (Oceania), Brazil (South America) and Cayman (North America and the Caribbean). Africa is still to qualify and will do so in the 4.7. The Open Qualifier was recently sailed at the very successful CII 2010 World Chanpionships in Cannes, France, from April 6th - 11th. Click on the Championship Event below to enter the site.
